I can tell you right now dummy unfortunately theres pretty much nothing you can really do for cracked ribs because of just how they exist on your body when i say rest, i mean like- actually rest, cause that really is the fastest way you're going to heal them. ice them regularly. you're not having any abnormal breathing or anything like that right? i can drop by some painkillers later which is for pain and all, but it'll help with the swelling a lot too. im trying to make painkillers into a gummy form so it's easier for people to take

it's pretty fucking wild but at the same time it is actually a pretty good noninvasive treatment if you want to avoid a shitton of medications
